Jocelyn Russo
Associate
Ms. Russo is an associate attorney at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara LLP and works in our San Diego office. She dedicates her practice solely to family law.
Ms. Russo obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Criminal Justice, from Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts. During college, Ms. Russo interned for the Children's Law Center of Connecticut and the Childhelp Children's Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
Ms. Russo went on to earn her Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Connecticut, graduating Cum Laude and serving as the Business Managing Editor of the Quinnipiac Law Review. Ms. Russo served as President of Quinnipiac's Family and Juvenile Law Society and received a Concentration with honors in Family and Juvenile Law. She also served as a member of the Quinnipiac Mock Trial Honor Society, competing in Civil Litigation Mock Trials throughout New York. Ms. Russo has experience in issues arising in all areas of family law, including prenuptial agreements, dissolution, child custody and visitation, spousal support, child support, and property division.
Ms. Russo also has experience with post-judgment dissolution matters, such as modification of spousal support and child support. Ms. Russo is originally from Middletown, Connecticut and currently resides in San Diego, California, where she enjoys all that Southern California has to offer.
