Pamchal Deylami
About
Ms. Deylami attended Chapman University, where she studied Legal Studies with an emphasis in Political Science. She was the recipient of the Provost Scholarship as well as the Laudie and David C. Henley Social Sciences Award. During her time at Chapman, she co-authored (with Dr. Ronald L. Steiner et al.) “An Invitation to a Constitutional Revolution: Taking Seriously Barnett’s Presumption of Liberty,” which was later presented at the Southwestern Political Science Association Annual Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. She was also selected for and completed a prestigious internship with the United States Congress - House of Representatives.
Ms. Deylami earned her Juris Doctorate and certificate in Comparative and International Law, cum laude, from Whittier Law School in 2012. While there, she received the Dean’s Scholarship, served as the Research Assistant to the Dean for Faculty Development, competed in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and earned CALI Awards in Family Law, Constitutional Law, and International Business Transactions.
Ms. Deylami is now a Partner at Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara. She is certified as a Family Law Specialist by the California Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California and remains active in the Orange County legal community. She has served on the board of the Orange County chapter of the Iranian American Bar Association for several years in various roles, including Membership Director, Pro Bono Community Outreach Director, and Treasurer/Fundraising Director.
In her spare time, Ms. Deylami enjoys baking, cooking, painting, staying active, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She is fluent in Farsi (spoken and written).
